If you are looking for a budget friendly Windows Phone, you may want to check out Nokia's Lumia 610. This smartphone was announced at Mobile World Congress and is now slowly rolling out to service providers. Of couse there are factory unlocked models available for a higher price. The Lumia 610 is powered by a single core Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 800 MHz processor and will have 256 MB of RAM. There is a standard 16GB storage but expansions are available. Users get a 3.7 inch WVGA capacitive LCD touchscreen display with 800 X 480 pixel resolution. This smartphone has a 5MP rear facing camera with LED flash and the battery life will be around 9 hours. From the press release, it was revealed that the Lumia 610 will be a WiFi hotspots which can connect up to 5 devices. This handset may not have wow-your-face specs, but at entry level pricing, it is a great deal on a multi-functional Windows Phone.
